Items will be awarded by sealed bid. Bidding is open to all interested parties. There are no reserves and no minimums on these items. Everything will be sold. Items are sold "as is, where is" and must be removed from the conservancy district property promptly.

Unless otherwise indicated all lots of multiple items will be awarded in an "all or number desired" manner. The high bidder will have the option to purchase any number of items in the lot. In the event that the high bidder does not purchase all of the items in the lot, the second high bidder will then have the same "all remaining or number desired" option. The process will continue with progressively lower bids until all items have been sold.
