General Information Interested parties may inspect any surplus property prior to the bid opening date and time by calling the administration office (618-439-4321) and arranging a time.  No person may enter upon District Property without making arrangements with the administration office.  Bidders are welcome to attend the bid opening which will take place at the appointed time at the administration building of the District at 11231 Marcum Branch Road, Benton, IL  This Form may also be obtained by calling 618-439-4321. Taxes, Removal, Title, Insurance is the responsibilty of the winning bidder The items may be removed from the bidding process at any time by RLCD PRIOR TO 12/1/06
